FAQs

  • Our camp is run by an all-female staff of warm and talented Morahs. Our hand-picked counselors make it their mission to ensure that each and every camper enjoys a happy and safe summer.

  • We provide a light and exciting kriah fluency program, which we incorporate daily. We do not include an intense learning program.

  • We keep our group sizes to 6-12 campers per bunk. At Camp Eitz Chaim, our goal is to give every camper the ability to shine in our individualized setting.

  •  Our program is packed with a wide-range of wholesome activities. Some of our highlights include our petting zoo, weekly trips, late nights, and engaging main activities. At Camp Eitz Chaim, our campers are not the spectators of the fun; they are actively involved!

  • Sports is definitely a daily part of our schedule. However, in order to ensure that each child finds something that he truly enjoys, we are constantly changing up the activity type throughout the day to include crafts, competitions, and all sorts of interactive games and activities.

  • We swim in a heated, in-ground pool, with a shallow and a deep section.

  • Yes, we provide lunch Monday-Thursday, at no additional charge. Please note that our lunches are not dairy free.

  • Unfortunately, we will not be providing transportation services for summer 2026. Due to our smaller camp size, the ride would be too long to accommodate the many areas of Lakewood. If you already have a group that you would like help arranging a van service for, we’d be happy to assist you.

  • That’s a great start, but you’re not signed up just yet. Look out for an email, which you should receive within a few days, with a link to your camp application. Your slot will not be confirmed until we have received a completed application and deposit.
